Robert B. Honigsfeld, DC, DABCO, DABCC, DABQAURP
Robert B. Honigsfeld, DC is a 1977 graduate of the New York Chiropractic College. He received post graduate training in orthopedics through the Texas Chiropractic College and is a Board Certified Chiropractic Orthopedist, Board Certified Chiropractic Consultant and Board Certified Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physician. Dr. Honigsfeld is a past president of the American Board of Chiropractic Consultants. From 1978 to 1998, Dr. Honigsfeld had a clinical practice in Houston, Texas and beginning in January 1998 to 2002, he was Dean, Center for Clinical Sciences, Parker College of Chiropractic and then the Executive Director, Community Outreach and Special Projects at Parker College. Since leaving Parker College, Dr. Honigsfeld has maintained a clinical and medico-legal practice in Dallas which primarily specializes in expect witness testimony, peer reviews, IME, RME, and Designated Doctor evaluations. Dr. Honigsfeld has lectured nationally on Documentation Issues and on How to Perform Impairment Ratings utilizing the 4 th and 5 th editions of the AMA Guides. He has extensive knowledge of the Workers Compensation system in Texas and serves as a Physician Advisor on numerous workers compensation and third party payor panels addressing pre-authorization issues and conducting Impairment Rating Reviews.
