A key factor to proper nutrition is balance. It's well known that homeostasis is optimal and achieved with a proper health regimen incorporating a good diet, exercise and enjoying life.  The latest trends and fads that people go on thinking that they have found the key to optimal health and wellbeing is exactly what it is a fad!

Proper Nutrition and wellbeing first and foremost comes from proper education.

Tendency of jumping on a band wagon can quickly become an addiction.  Run with it until someone smacks some sense into them or finally real science steps in and says NO.

Let's get back to balance which is homeostasis and stick with it.

Stick with conservative care. There is no rationale in being abruptly evasive.

Science has evolved and is continuing to evolve. Information is power, proper use of good information is important. Science involves trial and error before it is adequately justified to be implemented. 

Remember to balance. No good comes out of overdoing it.
